How to Cancel My Account

To begin the cancellation process, please follow these instructions:

1. Login to the Client Area at

2. Click on the "My Account" tab located on the right-hand side of the top navigation bar. Then, select "My Services" from drop-down list.

3. On the next page, you'll see a list of your products and services. Hover over the account you wish to cancel and press the left click button on your mouse.

4. The next page will take you to the account overview for the product or service you selected. On the left side of the page under the Actions heading you'll see a link for Request Cancellation. Click this link.

5. Once you click Request Cancellation you'll be taken to a page with a form to describe your reason for cancellation. Please fill this form out and click the Request Cancellation button.

Your cancellation request will be sent to our support team and processed shortly after.
