How to Request a Refund

Our 30 day money back guarantee ensures that all new customers are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked, only if a refund request is made to our team within the first 30 days of service. Please follow the instructions below to cancel your account and request a refund:

1. Login to the Client Area at https://www.magichosting.co.uk/client/clientarea.php

2. Follow these instructions on how to process your cancellation through your billing account.

3. Once you have reached the Request Cancellation page, please fill in the box for a brief description of your reason for cancellation. In this box please also state that you would like a refund issued on your account.

4. A member of our billing team will process your cancellation and issue a refund.

Refunds will be issued through the form of first payment. In other words, if you paid with credit card for your initial order we will issue a refund to that specific credit card. We will not send you a check or send your refunded amount to a separate bank account if that was not your form of payment.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING BELOW

You are eligible to request and receive a full refund if you are a new customer. Full refunds are not issued for existing customers with accounts older than 30 days. If you have any questions regarding our refund policy, please contact our support team. Please refer to the Money back guarantee & refund policy section of the Terms of Service for further details regarding refunds and what products and services are covered.

Domain Names

If you registered a free domain name with your order and cancel within the first 30 days your refund will be the total cost of hosting services minus the current retail cost of the domain. For example, if you ordered a Basic hosting plan costing £29.88 and request a cancellation + refund we will refund you for the amount of £20.89 (29.88 hosting - £8.99 domain cost).

No refunds are offered on domain registrations or ID Protection (domain privacy). Magic Hosting reserves the right to deduct fees for value added services.

PayPal Subscriptions

If your payments are made through PayPal, you'll need to make sure you cancel any recurring payments set up for your hosting plan in PayPal. By canceling your agreement in PayPal, this will tell PayPal to stop sending Magic Hosting payments for your services moving forward. If you do not cancel your recurring payment agreement in your PayPal account, you will continue to see payments made for your hosting services.

If you have any questions regarding our refund policy, please don't hesitate to contact our support team prior to making your cancellation and refund request.
