1. Login to the Client Area at https://www.magichosting.co.uk/client/clientarea.php
2. Click on the "My Account" tab located on the right-hand side of the top navigation bar. Then, select "Open Ticket" from drop-down list.
As you can see, all departments (Sales, Billing, Support and Website Migration) are listed on the page.
3. Select the department where you need help. In this example, we are going to click Support Department
4. Fill out the fields and click Submit.
A member of our support team will immediately follow-up with your issue.
